from this range:
Multi-seeded bread
100% spelt with pumpkin, sunflower and linseed.
Sesame loaf
2/3 wholemeal, 1/3 white, topped with a sesame seed crust.
Poppy seed loaf
100% white, with a poppy seeded crust.
Walnut loaf
2/3 wholemeal, 1/3 white, organic walnuts.
Sourdough rye loaf
100% rye loaf, leavened by the sourdough method. Ideal for people
avoiding wheat.
Fruit bread (see picture above)
2/3 wholemeal, 1/3 white, with sultanas, raisins, currants, figs and
apricots.
Delicious on its own, or spread with butter and Ffynnon Clûn
marmalade.
At Christmas and New Year Christine adds marzipan to the fruit loaf to
make a Pembrokeshire Stollen.
SPECIAL DIETS
In addition to the rye loaf, organic spelt bread may be acceptable to
some people with a wheat intolerance. Try the 100% spelt multi-
seeded loaf. We can also supply all pancakes and other baked goods
using spelt flour, oatmeal or buckwheat flour as appropriate – just ask.
Our kitchen is not nut free, so please say if you have a nut allergy.
If you avoid dairy, we can supply soya and other substitutes.
